Jigsaw Galway have launched their #OneWish Christmas appeal, which is asking people to share positive Christmas wishes and donate to their work, supporting young people experiencing difficulties with their mental health in Galway.
You can share your #OneWish message, and donate to support their free and confidential support service, by visiting www.Jigsaw.ie/OneWish All the #OneWish message they receive will be written on their #OneWish Christmas decoration and put up on the Christmas tree in their centre on Fairgreen Rd in Galway City.
“Christmas is a time of celebration and happiness, but for some young people who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health it can be a very difficult time filled with darkness”, said Justin McDermott of Jigsaw Galway, “We want you to join with us by sending your Christmas wish of love and positivity to all the young people who come to us for help and to also donate to support our free and confidential service for young people struggling with their mental health”

Jigsaw Galway is a free and confidential support service for young people (aged 15 – 25 ) living in Galway city and county. Jigsaw support young people experiencing difficulties that affect their mental health and wellbeing.
