The GBC celebrated eighty years in business in 2016 and felt it was fitting to mark the occasion by updating their restaurant’s menu and marketing themselves to a wider audience. The menu, now runs all-day from 12PM, still has all of the “Old Favourites” for those who enjoy a more traditional meal when dining out, as well as plenty of new dishes.
New additions include, BBQ Chicken Wings, Chicken Goujons, Fajitas, Steak Ciabatta and lots of vegetarian options. There are different roast options daily such as, Lamb, Beef and Pork, and of course Turkey and Ham. The daily special meal is still available on both floors for the great price of €8.
The ever bustling coffee shop has great offers available to students. There is a 15% discount available with a valid student card. There is an all-day deal where students who buy a wrap and a drink only pay €6.50. During the week and after 3PM, students can buy a large chicken curry for just €6.50.

For those of you who are past their college days, there are still great deals for you. All take away sandwiches are €3.65. All takeaway Paninis and Ciabattas are only €4. Regular customers should enquire about our loyalty card scheme.
With the mad rush in the run up to Christmas inevitable, think ahead and purchase a voucher for the GBC for a loved one. In fairness, good food is a crowd pleaser!
A special Festive Evening Menu will be available to customers from the 15th of December until Christmas Eve from 4PM every day. The menu has something for everyone, from Fish Goujons to Sizzling Vegetarian Fajitas. Two courses are €18 and Three courses are €20.
