Citóg Christmas show for AMACH! and Teach Solais

Steven Sharpe & The Broke Straight Boys, Tracy Bruen, Field Trip, Jenny Liston, Katie O'Connor, Too Gaze Upon Us

STEVEN SHARPE & The Broke Straight Boys headline the second annual Citóg Records Christmas show in the Róisín Dubh, which will raise funds for AMACH! LGBT Galway, and its new resource and support centre, Teach Solais.

Steven Sharpe & The Straight Boys have become a phenomenon in Galway over the past two years.Their music combines Led Zeppelin-esque blues rock and emotional singer-songwriter numbers, led by arguably the most charismatic musical performer in this city.

Also playing is Tracy Bruen, the Galway Advertiser Solo Artist of the Year 2015, and her band. Tracy's music combines elements of folk, singer-songwriter, and indie, with a theatrical flourish; Field Trip, a brilliant Galway surf-rock/indie pop band, with a profound sense of melody, harmony, and pop smarts; singer-songwriters Jenny Liston and Katie O'Connor; and Too Gaze Upon Us, a duo of Steven Sharpe and Katie O'Connor.

The concert takes place on Monday December 12 at 8.30pm. Admission is free but donations will go to AMACH!, which helps support Galway's LGBT community, and Teach Solas.
