Top three Fantasy Football managers after round 11

In association with St. Anthony's & Claddagh Credit Union

So the Premier League takes a break this weekend as the World Cup qualifiers take centre stage. Our fantasy football managers will be glad of the holiday as they can relax without the nagging doubt of team selections hanging over their heads. However international breaks come with a warning as star players could be injured on national duty or for those non-European players, long distances to travel will more than likely rule them out of an immediate return to the Premier League which kicks off again on November 19.

However for the week that is in it, let us look at the Galway Advertiser Tribal Leader League's top three managers in association with St Anthony's and Claddagh Credit Union.

1st - Jason Bournemouth; Kieran O'Connor; 670 points

On top of the pile is Jason Bournemouth. The Tribal Leader League's Manager of the Month Kieran O'Connor, has assemble a powerful squad who collect points as easily as Matt Damon takes down bad guys. Leading the charge for JB is Eden Hazard whose virtuoso display against Everton at Stamford Bridge, which included two goals, saw the Belgian maestro collect 19 points. Hazard's stunning performance was complemented by Sadio Mané (2 ) and Sergio Aguero's goal scoring exploits who earned 13 and 12 points respectively; enough to keep O'Connor and his men sitting pretty at the summit.

2nd - Wait for me; Mike Daly; 644 points

An ironic name for a football team considering that Mike Daly's charges are waiting for no one as they continue their charge up the league. Eden Hazard and Sergio Aguero did the business for Wait for me at the weekend with Adam Lallana garnering 12 points for his efforts in the 6-1 demolition of Watford at Anfield on Sunday. Daly will also be pleased that Charlie Austin found the back of the net against Hull City to secure seven precious points for Wait for me.

2nd - Ciara's Dream Team; Keith Donnelly; 644 points

It was a brilliant weekend for Donnelly's boys as they accumulated 82 points leaving Ciara dreaming of bigger things. The Liverpool duo of Phillipe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino enjoyed their Sunday stroll at Anfield as they garnered 26 points between them. Eden Hazard, Sergio Aguero, and Diego Costa's goals saw CDT shoot right up the table and into title contention.

So that is our top three in the Galway Advertiser Tribal Leader League in association with St Anthony's and Claddagh Credit Union after 11 rounds of the Premier League. Enjoy the international break.
