Bainisteoir forbartha Áras na nGael

Tá deis fhorbartha ag Conradh na Gaeilge i gcomhair le hÁras na nGael, ar Shráid Dominic i nGaillimh, bainisteoir forbartha a cheapadh. Beidh an té a cheapfar freagrach as bainistíocht laethúil agus clár forbartha Áras na nGael móide clár timireachta a fheidhmiú i gContae na Gaillimhe.

Tá iarratais á lorg faoi láthair ó dhaoine ar spéis leo an post nua dúshlánach seo. I measc na tréithe atá ag teastáil uaidh iarrthóirí tá: Cumas bainistíochta agus margaíochta; ardscileanna cumarsáide, ríomhaireachta agus caidrimh poiblí; tuiscint ar thábhacht ardchaighdeáin seirbhíse; cumas oibriú as a stuaim féin agus faoi stiúir; ábalta obair faoi bhrú agus spriocdhátaí a chomhlíonadh; ardchaighdeán Gaeilge, idir chumas labhartha agus scríofa; taithí i réimse forbartha na Gaeilge agus i mbun bainistíocht dhaonna inmhianaithe.

Tá an post nua á thairiscint ar chonradh thrí bhliana ar thuarastal €30,000 sa bhliain. Together with Conradh na Gaeilge, Áras na nGael, based on Dominick Street, Galway, is hiring a development manager. This role will involve everyday management and enforcing a new development plan for Áras na nGael, as well as working with external groups and projects in Galway county. Application is now open for those who have in interest in this new and challenging position. Skills required for this role include: management and marketing skills; excellent communication, computing, and public relations skills; an understanding of the importance of providing high quality service; the ability to work alone and to follow directions; the capacity to work under pressure and to meet deadlines; a good standard of both spoken and written Irish. Experience in Irish language development and team management is desirable.

This new role is being offered on a three year contract with a salary €30,000 per year.
