A CLASSIC blues-rock trio inspired by Cream and The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Wille and the Bandits, like their forerunners, enjoying pushing at the boundaries of what blues-rock can actually be.
The use of unusual instrumentation and eclectic influences brings strong world music and progressive elements into their sound and style, as Galway will hear when they play Monroe’s Live on Thursday November 3 at 9pm.
The band has toured with Deep Purple and the John Butler trio, played major festivals across Europe, and received great critical acclaim, being voted in the Top 10 must see bands at Glastonbury 2014 by BBC Radio 1. Their debut single also reached No 2 in the UK blues chart. The trio are currently touring their third, independently released, studio album.
