AHEAD OF his appearance at next month's Vodafone Comedy Carnival, there is a chance to catch Danny O’Brien up close and personal at the Róisín Dubh comedy Clubh tomorrow from 8.30pm.
Having just returned from Australia touring the Perth World Fringe, Adelaide Fringe Festival, and The Melbourne International Comedy Festival, O’Brien will bring his uniquely chatty, anecdotal, energy to the clubh.
Winner of the 2013 Tedfest Toilet Duck Award, and declared Dublin’s Funniest Comedian in 2012 by Fm104, he has been called “a serious young talent in the making" by the Irish Examiner. He can be heard on RTÉ Radio 1, 2FM, East Coast FM, Spin 103.8, FM 104 and iRadio. He has played the Edinburgh Fringe festival, and this year was selected to perform as part of the iconic Best of The Edinburgh Fest Show.
