Key Connacht players Bundee Aki, captain John Muldoon, and Tiernan O’Halloran launched the 2016/17 Connacht Rugby home jersey this week, in conjunction with new title sponsor and official retail partner Elverys Intersport, at the Galway Sportsground this week. Connacht will also wear a special gold sleeve patches produced for the first time for the champions. The season opens in the Sportsground on September 3 when Connacht host Glasgow Warriors who Connacht overcame in the last season’s semi-final.
