Robbie Bonham plays Róisín Dubh Comedy Clubh

ROBBIE BONHAM is “confident, intelligent, creative," says The Laughter Lounge, and “pretty damn hilarious," according to ComedyEire. He plays the Róisín Dubh Comedy Clubh tomorrow night.

Robbie is a comedian/cartoonist/artist from Dublin, voted the funniest man in Ireland by 98FM listeners. He has been a stalwart of the Irish comedy scene for years, whose comedy mixes observations, rants, and obscure drawings. He is a regular at top Dublin clubs like the Laughter Lounge and Capital Comedy Club, which called him “a great act who is the most consistent performer at work in Ireland".

Support is from Show Me The Funny 2015 winner Danny Ryan. His mix of dark storytelling and clever one-liners has seen him perform at Electric Picnic and the Vodafone Comedy Carnival; and American comedian Billy Anderson, inaugural winner of the prestigious Charleston Comedy Festival Competition. The Charleston City newspaper called him: "A treat to watch and a joy to behold."

The MC is Steve Bennett. Doors are 9pm. Admission €8/10. Tickets are available from the Róisín Dubh; OMG@Zhivago, Shop Street; and www.roisindubh.net
