Leading DJs to spin the decks @ Electric's 4th Birthday

Nightmares On Wax, DJ Stingray 313, Sleazy McQueen

WARP RECORDS veteran Nightmares On Wax, Detroit legend DJ Stingray 313, and Sleazy McQueen will be spinning the decks at Electric's fourth birthday celebrations which take place this Saturday from 11pm.

Nightmares On Wax will set the tone for the night, DJing in the main room, playing music from across his career, which began in 1991. The self-described "delightfully different institution" has a clear approach to house music: it is about fun and about feeling good. Support is from Graham Doherty.

Factory will host DJ Stingray 313. Having been a mainstay of Detroit techno for more than 30 years. His trademark balaclava and relentless DJing style have ensured he stands out from his peers. Tickets are required as space is limited. They can be purchased online via Resident Advisor. Support is from Epoch.

Whiskey Disco head honcho Sleazy McQueen will showcase his "culturally confused funked-up" house and disco in The Garden. Expect to hear Chicago, New York, Tokyo, and London musical influences. He will be accompanied by Dublin's Keep Schtum and Electric's Anthony Collins.

Tickets are available from Resident Advisor.
