Winters Property has enjoyed another successful year at the Irish Facility Management Awards, where the company picked up the Project of the Year award. Winters Property won awards in four categories including the overall award for Excellence in Facilities Management, which was selected from all 18 category winners on the night. Entries were drawn from a who’s who of Irish property service providers including multinationals and institutional providers.
Winters Property won the Property Management Company of the Year category for its overall property services which include management, letting, student operations, sales, and valuations.
The Winters customer service team won the Excellence in Customer Service award for their innovative use of IT to resolve on-site issues. The Winters student accommodation team won the Residential Project for their work in relation to the refurbishment and letting of a student complex in Athlone. Meanwhile the letting department, the west of Ireland's biggest letting agency, was shortlisted for the Team of the Year Award.
“To be recognised on a national scale for the services we deliver is a tremendous achievement and wouldn’t be possible without the fantastic people who work day in day out to deliver services for our clients," said Enda McGuane, MD of Winters Property. "Given the level of competition we were up against on the night one award would have been a great achievement, to win four is a fantastic recognition for the services we provide.
“We are also delighted that every aspect of our business was recognised on the night, from property and facilities management to letting and student accommodation operations. It was also great to hear the judges’ comments which consistently complimented us on the quality of service, our innovation, and our customer focus. We put a lot of time and effort into the continuing professional development of our team, this in turn enables us to continuously review and improve our services to meet our client’s needs.
