“We would visit the house and carry out a detailed survey,” reveals Simon. “We go through the whole house and premises, give a full quotation, and advise the customer on what they need. A CCTV system is rather straightforward but with regards to an alarm system a lot needs to be taken into consideration such as the perimeter of the house or internal, depending on the customer’s choice. We can install fire alarms and electric gates as well.
“We also offer a 24 hour alarm monitoring service, so if you choose Pro Security’s monitoring system, we include maintenance of the system at no extra cost; free service once a year and call outs are covered under this monitoring package. And this monitoring system will alert the customer within seconds if an alarm is activated, day or night.”

You are able to see what your CCTV cameras are recording and you can set or unset your alarm system remotely. A notification will be sent through to your phone or tablet if an alarm has been triggered.”
