The 'pretty groovy' sound of White Boys

Panti Bliss and Rubberbandits approved Cork duo to play Strange Brew

PANTI BLISS has called their music "pretty groovy!; Joe.ie lauded their “genius production values”, while The Rubberbandits were moved to say "fair Balls”. They are Cork duo White Boys.

Cork funk duo White Boys, best known for the single 'Stylin'', which reached No 2 in the Irish iTunes Chart, play Strange Brew at the Róisín Dubh tonight at 9pm.

Gary Keane and Eoin Walsh met by chance on the set of The Late Late Show, and discovered a shared love of RnB, soul, and funk. As White Boys, they came to attention via an electro-funk cover of Hozier’s 'Take Me To Church'. Since then, they have worked with producer G1 (R Kelly, Snoop Dogg ), engineer Tommy D Daugherty (Tupac ) and attended recording sessions with Earth, Wind & Fire, and played Electric Picnic.
