SCANDO-BALERIAC House and Disco aficionado Telephones - stage name of Norwegian DJ Henning Severud - is coming to Galway to play a once off boat party, along with a set at Electric.
Severud's uplifting, innovative, melodic house and disco, is becoming increasingly associated with Norwegian musicians, including Prins Thomas, Todd Terje, Fett Burger, Skatebård, Sotofett, and Lindstrøm, and drawing inspiration from graffiti and skate culture to early house, hip hop, and soundsystems.
Telephones has released music on Running Back, Sex Tags, and Full Pupp and has mixed for Trushmix, Noise In My Head, and Beats in Space, so expect good things from his 90 minute set on the boat and two hour set in Electric, Abbeygate Street.
