THE STRYPES and The Riptide Movement and have been confirmed to headline Galway’s new outdoor festival - Rock the Docks - from June 24 to 26 June at city docklands.
The Riptide Movement will headline on Friday, June 24 and Cavan r'n'b band The Strypes headline on Saturday 25. On Sunday 26 from 12 noon, local and national acts will take to the stage to perform throughout the day to mark the Challenge Galway Triathlon participants crossing the finish line for the event, which will be located at the docks.
There will also be a Challenge Galway Food Village open from June 24 to 26. Tickets are €15 per night from www.monroes.ie Tickets are strictly over 18s. Doors 6pm. The Sunday music sessions will take place from 12 noon and is free to the public. More acts to be announced soon.
