Winters Property has been shortlisted in four categories for the prestigious 2016 Irish Facility Management Awards. Winters’ excellence has been recognised in the areas of student accommodation, letting, property management, and customer service. This makes Winters Property the most nominated company in 2016.
Nominations include the overall Property Management Company of the Year Award, Residential Project of the Year Award for student accommodation, Team of the Year Award for Winters’ excellent letting department team, and the Excellence in Customer Service Award.
Commenting on the nominations, Enda McGuane MD of Winters Property, said: “It is a fantastic achievement for us to have the most nominations at such a prestigious national awards ceremony. The main reason we are in a position to contest for these awards is down to the commitment and hard work of our 44 staff members, who are always striving to deliver better quality services to our clients. As a leading service provider in the property industry, we aim to compete nationally on the quality of our service and we feel that these nominations are a recognition of the exceptional standards we have set for ourselves.”
In 2015, Winters Property won the Project of the Year award at the Irish Facility Management Awards for its fast, efficient, and quality work in refurbishing an apartment block damaged by flooding in Galway city. The awards will take place on July 5 in the Ballsbridge Hotel, Dublin.
