Nox Hotel has just launched a new breakfast menu; the hotel is becoming a firm favourite with Galway foodies who want delicious, fresh, food served in trendy surroundings.
Speaking about the new breakfast menu, sales and marketing manager Caroline Spollen said: "We began to see a real trend in people coming to Nox Hotel for breakfast, with the ample free car parking, high speed WiFi, and complimentary daily newspaper, people are finding us really accessible and a nice new spot to meet. With our location just a few minutes outside of the city centre and also being on the doorstep of large business and industrial estates we are excited to develop our breakfast trade with our new breakfast offering, and we are delighted with how successful the breakfast menu has been received along with our new lunch menu that we launched last month."
The new breakfast menu includes the Nox full Irish breakfast for €10 including tea or coffee, with healthy options also including eggs Benedict, Nox omelette, pancakes, and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs.
Reflecting the affordable yet stylish experience offered by the hotel, Nox’s breakfast menu offers a variety of homemade dishes using artisan and local ingredients. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10.30am and is available to both residents and non-residents of the hotel.
Conveniently located off the Headford Road at the top of Liosban Estate, Nox is ideal for informal business breakfast meetings or just a new spot to try out for breakfast.
