ANDREW MAXWELL, "one of the most significant comedians working in the country today", according to The Independent, plays the Róisín Dubh Comedy Clubh tomorrow from 8.30pm.
A double Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee (2007 and 2011 ), who has sold out every Edinburgh run since 2005, playing to more than 70,000 in that festival alone, Maxwell has more than earned his place as a front-line Irish comedian. He has appeared on The Panel, Monumental, Live at the Apollo, 8 Out of 10 Cats, and John Bishop's Only Joking. Expect his Galway show to be blissfully funny, packed full of fearlessly intelligent topical observations.
