Emma Gill Property Partners is dedicated to you

Since Emma Gill officially opened the doors of her new office in Galway last month, things have been going from strength to strength. Over the past few weeks a number of properties have been marked as sale agreed and sold, with some very happy customers receiving the keys to their new home. Whether you are looking for city centre living or a countryside retreat the company has some great properties coming to market.

As a special introductory offer, Emma Gill Property Partners is offering free BER certs to all customers who register their property for sale with the company this month.

The Mayo office, which Emma Gill first opened in Ballinrobe more than seven years ago, is also currently undergoing transition as it changes from Emma Gill lettings and sales to Emma Gill Property Partners. As a result the company is moving to new and bigger premises on Main Street, Ballinrobe, which completes its rebranding to the Property Partners network.

Property Partners Emma Gill is part of the Property Partners Real Estate Group which is an independently owned auctioneering group with more than 30 offices nationwide delivering cutting edge, up-to-date, negotiation services in relation to a full spectrum of the residential marketplace from mansions to mews, apartments to apartment blocks, development land to new developments.

Having completed a certificate in estate agency practice in the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and recently becoming a member of IPAV, Emma Gill offers sales, lettings, property management, and valuations in both Mayo and Galway city and county. She has gained a reputation that speaks for itself in terms of her work and commitment to achieving the best possible price for her clients.

Meanwhile she continues to work closely with The Connacht Property Auction, with which she has been in partnership for the past three years, having consistently sold a significant number of properties in each public auction. The next public auction will take place on Thursday May 19 in The Menlo Park Hotel at 7pm.
