Galway band We Banjo 3 are just back from their US trip where they played the White House for St Patrick’s Day, but they are soon heading back there for more gigs.
However before they go, they are giving everyone in Galway a chance to share in their success by being part of their new video Happiness to be shot in the city this weekend.
The song, written by Noelie McDonnell is set-to be a major hit but the video will be shot in the city on Saturday.
So it you want be a part of it, then get along to the King’s Head for 11.30 and you will be given your instructions.
It’s going to be a fun video and bound to go down in Galway lore, so be a part of it and preserve your place in posterity by playing your part.
Before Saturday, We Banjo 3 will perform on the Late Late Show tomorrow Friday, but there’ll be no Green Room for the band as they head back to Galway for their morning shoot.
Enda Scahill told the Advertiser that it’s going to a real Galway video featuring lots of local groups and bands, and starring lots of Galway business owners and shop fronts, so it’s going to great fun.”
