Solo exhibitions from Clodagh Kidd

FARM ANIMALS depicted in unusual colours, creating a strange, intriguing, effect, is the stuff of a new solo exhibition by Galway based artist Clodagh Kidd, which is currently running at the Providence Market Kitchen.

Clodagh Kidd grew up on a farm in County Meath and she cites this as a key inspiration for her art and subject matter. She studied fine art in Dublin where she specialised in printmaking and graduated with honours. She moved to Galway where she has lived for the past 23 years. She has exhibited with the Galway Print Studio (previously Lorg ) and currently is a member of Beechmount Artists Initiative.

The exhibition, which also features prints and photography, runs until April. Providence Market Kitchen is located on the corner of Abbeygate Street and Augustine Street.
