Emma Gill established her first office, Emma Gill Letting and Sales, in Ballinrobe in 2009, and over the past number of years she has worked hard at proving herself with a track record that speaks for itself.
"I firmly believe that my success to date has been achieved through nothing other than hard work and always making the customer my first priority, if that meant working unsociable hours at evenings and weekends, then that is what I did," she said.
Having originally graduated with a business degree, Emma Gill started her career in real estate, which was her first introduction to property letting and sales. “I quickly realised how much I enjoyed working in the property market and developed a curiosity.” This curiosity combined with an inherent flair for the auctioneering world, led her to go on to qualify in estate agency practice from The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV ), of which she recently became a member.
In response to customer demand, and having already sold a number of properties in Galway, Emma Gill has announced the official opening of her second office in Galway city under the umbrella of Property Partners.
“The Property Partners real estate group is an independently owned auctioneering group with more than 30 offices nationwide, and I welcome this collaboration which will allow me to have a national platform,” she said. “I am very excited about this new venture and I pledge to give each and every customer 100 per cent of my commitment and hard work”
The official launch will take place on Wednesday March 16 from 5pm 7pm at the new offices, located at 16 Sean Mulvoy Road, and all are welcome. Guest of honour Galway hurling manager Micheál Donoghue will be in attendance, along with some other well known local sporting stars.
