Polish is considered a difficult language to learn but the Granary Learning Centre is intent on proving that belief wrong with its new 90 minute short course in Polish.
The Granary Learning Centre, The Galway Irish Polish Association, and Prolog, the leading language school in Cracow have teamed up to sponsor this course.
The unfamiliar sounds and the perceived difficulties with grammar and pronunciation can make Polish intimidating but teachers at Prolog believe that with the right introduction and good teaching methods Polish can be relatively easy to learn.
Together with the Granary Learning Centre, Prolog is hosting four short introductory sessions of 90 minutes each on Thursday February 19 and Friday 20. A place on one of these sessions costs €20. There will be a wine reception in the Granary Learning Centre after the course on Friday.

There will be wine tasting, led by an Italian wine expert, a sampling of cheeses and other delicacies provided by Sheridan’s, and the chance to win prizes
