Strive For It Mastermind 2016 sessions begin this February

will begin its 2016 intake in Galway this February. The company was founded in 2015 by business women Gill Carroll and Lisa Regan and was initially set up for business women but this year Strive For It will also be starting a male only mastermind intake.

A mastermind is where a group of like minded individuals meet to support, encourage and motivate each other as entrepreneurs. The mastermind will be based on the principals of Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, this mastermind will help people to become a more dynamic and forward thinking business person.

The mastermind runs over seven months with a specific focus on Time, Goals, Visualisation, The Power of You and Gratitude. There is five meet ups and constant on line support through closed support groups.

Throughout 2015, companies also saw great success under The Strive For It Leadership Programme. This programme re energises and helps to make strong powerful leaders who will support, motivate and encourage each other and equally themselves. By taking the time out to work on ourselves we can create a stronger team of leaders who will all begin to work towards a common goal while feeling fulfilled.

“It was an incredible year for Strive For It with over 30 women participating and making incredible strides in their personal and business lives. It is a really positive but also encouraging environment to be involved with. It can be a small change or just simply surrounding yourself with people that get it that can help take your business or career to the next level.

Having that sounding board for ideas, worries and fears is what Strive For It has become. Being self employed or at the top of field can often be a lonely experience as you are leading a team and often do not have the people around to discuss key decisions with, so Strive for It provides this ear, “explained Lisa.

“Last year we were contacted by a lot businessmen who were looking for a programme like this so we are looking forward to beginning this years session with both professional men and women,” said Gill.

Strive For It begins on Friday February 12. To find out more or to secure your place email [email protected], check out Strive For It on Facebook or on the website www.strivefor.it
