DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard launches its 2016 auction prospectus

After wrapping up the auction season for 2015 with a 33 lot auction, the team at DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard are looking forward to an exciting year ahead. The company, which has enjoyed significant success on the auction floor in the past number of years, is gearing up for another busy, exciting, and successful year on the auction floor as it launches its 2016 auction prospectus.

“Hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence are the reasons why we have enjoyed such enormous success on the auction floor," said James Heaslip MIPAV. "We have a superb team in place who always go the extra mile to make sure that we cover all angles when launching a property to market. Every property that comes on our books is individually assessed and we decide on the most appropriate route to market, be it by auction, private treaty, or by tender. Once this decision is made in unison with our clients, our well-oiled machine kicks into play.”

This week sees the launch of the company’s 2016 auction prospectus, containing the all-important auction dates for the entire year and launch deadlines. Commenting on the prospectus, Alan Maxwell MRISC, MIAVI, said: “We put a lot of time and effort into every decision pertaining to each auction — everything we do is strategically planned and this has proven very successful for us.” The company enjoyed a 90 per cent success rate on the auction floor for the last two years running and fully expect to continue and indeed, exceed, this in 2016.

DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard’s first auction of 2016 takes place on February 26 in the Radisson Hotel, Lough Atalia, and as usual it will be streamed live online on dnggalway.ie, dng.ie, and advertiser.ie

“In our first auction of the year we will feature a range of properties throughout Galway city and county, Clare, and Mayo," said Fergal Leonard MIPAV. “The advantage of the auction process is the finality and surety it offers to both vendors and buyers. We run a five to six week auction campaign where all properties receive high media exposure, both online and in local and national print media. We run a schedule of open viewings and private viewings as dictated by the needs of individual properties and come auction day, all bases have been covered to give every property the best chance on the auction floor.”

Full details of the February auction are available on dnggalway.ie as are all future auctions included in the 2016 auction prospectus.
