BAGATELLE, BEST known from the song ‘Summer In Dublin’, will begin 2016 with a first and last concert at Monroe's Live on Saturday January 16 at 8pm, as part of their Final Year national tour.
Led by vocalist/keyboardist/songwriter Liam Reilly, the band formed in Wicklow and went on to support Van Morrison, Thin Lizzy, John Denver, U2, and Jose Feliciano. 'Summer In Dublin’ reached No 1 in Ireland in 1980 and has become one of Irish rock's iconic songs. 'Second Violin' was another No 1 in Ireland and it also entered the British charts. The group have enjoyed multi platinum album sales, six No 1 singles, and undertaken tours across US, China, Saudia Arabia, and Europe.
