Galway writers to read at city's pop-up bookshop

GALWAY WRITER Alan McMonagle, who recently landed a two book deal with Picador, along with Geraldine Mills, Aoife Casby, James Martyn Joyce, and Galway Advertiser arts editor Kernan Andrews, will read from their work this weekend.

All will be reading at the Sceal Eile Pop-Up Bookshop, on William Street, this Sunday from 3pm. There will also be refreshments and all are welcome to attend.

Scéal Eile Books is an independent bookshop and intimate arts venue based in Ennis. To celebrate its 10th year in business, they have opened a pop-up bookshop in 22a William Street, at the former Army & Navy Stores. A range of new books - fiction, children's books, art and design, history, etc, is available. The shop will be open until the end of January.
