Studio, Galway’s newest restaurant and bar, has just opened its doors, boasting a new concept venue born of the culture of welcoming and enjoyment for which the west of Ireland is famous.
Located at 20 Eglinton Street, close to Brown Thomas, Studio serves food all day and is also the latest late night entertainment venue on the Galway social scene, with an extensive drinks menu to take you through the party season.
Studio creates an exciting, high energy, chic atmosphere similar to the vibe of a downtown Manhattan bar.
“We are really excited and proud to be joining the vast selection of eateries in Galway city. In Studio, our ethos is to provide a wide variety of quality foods from local producers — reflecting our business ethos of ‘think local and act local’. Our gastro team have created a unique synergy between our delicious Studio dishes and a carefully selected range of fine wines, cocktails, and international beers,” said the management behind Studio.
Once you step inside Studio, the eclectic and modern interior creates a vibe of rustic urbanism. The focal point of the eatery is the specially commissioned retro style trademark Studio neon lighting, which really captures the ethos of the venue. Unique features bring the venue alive such as reclaimed vintage brick, ocean navy hues, comfy seating, and lounge areas. The rhythmic in-house Studio sounds will add to your experience with a line-up of exciting acts, DJs, and entertainment planned over the coming weeks.
The Studio food menu has been carefully designed by an international team of in-house chefs and some of Ireland’s top nutritionists and fitness experts. Sample a wide variety of macro nutrient inspired gastro dishes such as the Studio Clean Slate breakfast/brunch, Studio omelette, Studio steak sandwich, Create A Freak – your own personal Studio creation, and Studio superfood salads, to name but a few. The vast cocktail menu, selection of mainstream and craft beer, and wine selection is also a must-try.
Mark your diary as the official Studio launch party takes place tomorrow, Friday, from 6.30pm with all welcome. Guests will be invited to sample the Studio cocktails and international beers, savour a selection Studio bites from the new menu, and get into the weekend groove with live entertainment ‘til late. Embrace the culture, embrace the studio!
Studio is open seven days a week, Monday to Thursday 10am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 2am, and Sunday 12 noon to 2am. For further details, updates, and giveaways search StudioGalway on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
