SPANISH PUNK, alternative, noise band Betunizer will make their Irish debut when they play the next FEAST night, upstairs, at the Róisín Dubh, this Saturday at 9pm.
Inspired by Shellac, NoMeansNo, and The Jesus & Mary Chain, Betunizer have just released their fourth album Enciende Tu Lomo, which showcases their unique brand of discordant, yet bouncey, noise rock.
Also on the bill are Hands Up Who Wants To Die, who are currently writing their third album. They have two new songs on a split release with French noise band B.O.B., coming out soon on Gabu records. Support is from Flaccid Reflux, who cite Black Flag and Bad Brains as inspirations. Admission is €5.
The next FEAST gig takes place, again upstairs in the Róisín, on Thursday December 3 at 9pm with Murdock headlining. Murdoch are a trio who fuse hardcore noise, ferocious metal, rock'n'roll, jazz, and punk with off kilter, intense, jarring time signatures. Bailer are known for blending fast and aggressive grooves and riffs. A debut EP is due in early 2016. Support is from Ten Ton Slug. Admission is €5.
