Brendan Lydon of Nestors Supervalu Oranmore has been short-listed as a finalist for the prestigious REI – Retail Excellence Ireland “Rising Star of the Year” Award. A Mayo man and avid GAA fan, Brendan has 15 years loyal service with the Oranmore branch. He is an integral part of the Supervalu Oranmore Butcher team which include: Arthur, Cormac, Kieran, Amanda, Michael, Oliver and Gerard.
Mr Lydon is well known by all the store’s customers. He and the team of butchers in the store deliver the highest standards in quality and service that their customers have come to expect.

The REI “Rising Star of the Year “award recognises outstanding performance by a front line team member in a non-supervisory/non–management position. The overall winner will be announced at the REI Awards ceremony which takes place in the Radisson Blu Hotel Galway, on Saturday.
