Osteoporosis - how to prevent and treat it with exercise

She will deliver this in conjunction with Julianne Woodcock, a chartered physiotherapist. This will be held in Spirit One Spa on November 7 from 11am to 5:30pm.

Sorcha explains this course offers a wealth of knowledge and tips on prevention and treatment, including how dietary and lifestyle changes, in conjunction with correcting vitamin and mineral deficiencies, can help those at risk who have been diagnosed with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
