New Cloonboo Freaky Forest obstacle and family fun run

Calling all Mammy’s, Daddies & Children, join others in Cloonboo in Annaghdown this Bank Holiday Sunday October 25 at 2pm. Located 10 mins from Galway City on the Headford Road  the Adults and Kids Forest Bog Run / Walk and Obstacle Course is a new fundraising forest walk in aid of Annaghdown Community Games 2016. 

All money raised from this event is being donated to the Annaghdown Community Games 2016 committee. Fresh from their first ever Community games in 2015, Annaghdown had a very successful games, culminating in winning All Ireland Medals gold and silver in judo and bronze in U10s indoor soccer. This success has seen a surge in interest in the Community Games from both parents and children who want to enter the community games. 

The race is sure to be an entertaining event with over 12 obstacles to challenge  both young and old along with a gallop through a forest trail in Cloonboo. For everyone who enters the Fun Run there will be a kids disco afterwards in Regans Bar and Lounge.
