New age rockers Moxie @ Monroe's Live

FUSING JAZZ, rock, Irish trad, and bluegrass, Moxie have been called "five of the best musicians on the scene today...sophisticated, slick and adventurous yet exciting," by Lunasa's Kevin Crawford.

Galway audiences will have a chance to see for themselves when the Sligo band - Cillian Doheny (tenor banjo/steel string guitar ), Jos Kelly (button accordion/keyboard ), Darren Roche (button accordion ), Ted Kelly (tenor banjo ) and Paddy Hazelton (percussion ) - play Monroe’s Live on Thursday October 8 at 9pm.

In 2014, they released their debut album, Planted, to critical acclaim, and have since played numerous festivals across Europe and the USA.
