The Connacht Property Auction to hold public auction today

The Connacht Property Auction will hold its fourth public auction of the year this evening (Thursday ) in The Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. The auction will offer 25 properties for sale across the province including residential homes, commercial properties, and agricultural holdings.  With the first three auctions averaging 90 per cent sold, another high success rate will be anticipated at today's auction.

The Connacht Property Auction is also taking entries for its online auctions and its final auction of the year which will take place on November 19.

“With the good demand levels we are currently experiencing, now is a great time to market properties for vendors considering selling as we have many registered applicants looking to buy," said Claire Moran from the auction team. "As auction is a faster route to sell, we will have many vendors and buyers moved before Christmas.” The company does not charge any upfront costs into the auction and take on board all marketing and entry fees, so the property owner has no costs unless the property is successfully sold.
