RAGING SONS, the Limerick alternative-rock quintet who reached the final stages of the renowned Indie Week Battle of the Bands competition this year, play Monroe’s Live on Saturday September 26 at 9pm.
Formed in 2012, and inspired by Muse, Oasis, and The Doors, the band - Fintan Tynan (vocals ), Colum Kelly (lead guitar ), Damian Ruddy (guitar ), Peter Meehan (bass ), Niall O'Carroll (drums ) - have supported The Riptide Movement, Scouting For Girls, The Stunning, and Ryan Sheridan. Last year saw the release of their debut EP, Lust, while this year saw the release of the official music video for the EP's title track.
