Autumn art classes at Cregal Art

Cregal Art will host a variety of art classes and workshops this autumn to facilitate both adults and children. The classes are a great way to express your creativity, imagination, and originality, and learn from experts in the field.

The new term of classes begins on Saturday September 19 at the Cregal Art premises on Monivea Road, with a free cardmaking demo facilitated by expert cardmaker Cliona Larkin.

A 10-week term of oil painting classes with Kathryn Kelly will begin on Monday September 21 and Thursday September 24. Cardmaking classes with Fiona Ryan, suitable for all levels, begin on the week of September 21 for a 10-week term. Watercolour classes with Angela Emfer-West begin on Wednesday mornings from September 23.

Children’s art classes will commence on Saturday September 26 for six weeks. These classes, taught by Grace Creavin, are suitable for children aged between five and 10 years. Materials will be provided for classes.

For those looking to get a taster in painting, Cregal Art will host two one-day painting workshops. Artist Roger McCarthy will deliver an oil painting workshop on Saturday September 26. Lorraine Fletcher will deliver an acrylic painting workshop on Saturday October 17. Workshops are very popular with limited places, so ensure you book your spot early.

Further details on these courses can be found on the Cregal Art website www.cregalart.ie, or by calling 091 751864. You can also like Cregal Art on Facebook for regular offers and updates.
