The Connacht Property Auction is now taking entries for its next public auction which will be held on September 17 in the Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. The auction group has held three extremely successful auctions so far in 2015 with an average 90 per cent success rate.
The auctions have offered properties from every county in Connacht and also Clare. There has been strong interest in Galway properties, from family homes to investments, and the auction team are inviting entries for the upcoming auctions. With buyers spread across the province and further, the auction team are confident they can continue to get strong results at their upcoming auctions.
Patrick Folan from The Connacht Property Auction noted: “With our advertising streams both in Ireland and elsewhere, we are getting significant enquiries on the properties we are dealing with. Additionally, with the strength of sterling at present, we have seen a noticeable uplift in enquiries from the UK. This, paired with interest from local buyers, ensures we have the best chance of selling the properties we offer for sale.”
The Connacht Property Auction is now inviting property owners who are looking to sell without any upfront costs to contact the auction team. Before any property comes to the market, the auction team will agree a minimum reserve figure, giving the property owner total control over the minimum walkaway figure. Bidding can also continue past the reserve price until the highest bidder has secured the property.
“Through working with our partner agents and the extensive marketing campaign we undertake locally, nationally, and internationally, we are agreeing successful sales for the vast majority of properties on offer," Mr Folan added. "And the success of our auctions shows the strength of the service we provide to our clients.”
The Connacht Property Auction is currently working with more than 40 established auctioneers, which provides for both a strong local effort along with the wider reach of the auction company. The company is currently working with auctioneers including Property Partners Long Tuam, Maureen McKeown (Salthill ), Matt O'Sullivan (Clifden ), Spencer auctioneers (Oughterard ), DNG Lyons Bracken (Athenry ), Michael Ryder (Tuam ), Keane Mahony Smith (Galway ), Paddy Keane (Ballinasloe ), and Keary auctioneers (Loughrea ).
