Galway company Feelsright to create fifty jobs in Dublin

Innovative Galway-based employee rewards company Feelsright is to create 50 jobs in the Dublin area before the end of the year as it expands its customer service operation in the capital.

CEO and co-founder Tara Dalrymple said: “We are excited to be extending our operations in Dublin and are looking for people with a can-do attitude and a wide range of skills from electricians, handymen, plumbers, carpenters, and cleaners able to work initially part-time with a view to building to full employment as service demand increases organically and by word of mouth.”

Feelsright currently lists around 250 service providers on its books in Galway and Dublin providing work life balance benefits to employees of some 300 client companies.

“Our philosophy is to put employment opportunities and build links with the communities in which our clients work, building and reinforcing a local economy,” Ms Dalrymple added. “It is a new and growing idea in work-sharing and community development.”

Feelsright won the SCCUL ICT One to Watch award 2014, and the IEDR Optimise Fund 2014, and was listed in Silicon Republic’s top 20 Tech Startups to watch in 2015.
