All Tvvins @ Róisín Dubh

Cast Of Cheers/Adebisi Shank duo's Galway International Arts Festival show

THE THRILLING All Tvvins, who combine electro-pop rhythms and melodies with exciting metal/math-rock guitar, play the Róisín Dubh on Thursday July 16 at 8pm as part of the Galway International Arts Festival.

The band, featuring The Cast Of Cheers’ songwriter/guitarist Conor Adams and guitar/effects wizard Lar Kaye, formerly of Adebisi Shank and No Spill Blood, have laid down a marker as one of Ireland's freshest and most exciting contemporary bands through singles like ‘Thank You’, and their latest release, 'Too Young To Live', which Nialler9 said has "an extra radio/pop friendliness to the guitar that gives the song a cool ’80s air"

Adams and Kay are not afraid to let rip on guitar as they did in their previous bands, but as All Tvvins, they inject a wide variety of influences into their songwriting. “There are so many,” Conor Adams told the NME. “Peter Gabriel, Queen, The Police - all that 80s and 90s music is massive. I’ve been listening to Wild Beasts, Caribou...then I went through a phase of Pearl Jam.”

Tickets for arguably one of the most exciting live acts on the circuit are available at www.roisindubh.net, the Ticket Desk at OMG Zhivago, Shop Street, and The Róisín Dubh.
