Denis Mockler - EP launch and Róisín Dubh gig

SINGER-SONGWRITER Denis Mockler will launch his debut EP, Open Doors, at a gig in the upstairs bar of the Róisín Dubh on Thursday July 2 at 8pm.

Denis's songs mix Irish folk with Americana and country, and his influences include Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, and John Prine. The songs for Open Doors were recorded at Diamond Studio and produced by Ray Diamond. On the night he will be accompanied by Liam Carroll (mandolin ), Donal McConnon (clarinet ), and Mark Felmingham (saxophone ).

Support is from Michael O'Connor. Admission is €8 and incluces a copy of the EP. The EP is also available at The Bell Book and Candle in The Small Crane.
