Game of Thrones sound editor to feature on new Flirt FM radio series

STEVE FANAGAN, who has worked as a sound designer on Game Of Thrones and Frank, will be among those interviewed as part of a new short radio documentary series premiering on Flirt FM 101.3's Feed Me Weird Things.

The series, entitled Sound Conversations, will feature on Feed Me Weird Things every Wednesday, and will showcase the work and creative inspiration of 15 of Ireland’s most exciting sound practitioners in broadcasting, sound design, poetry, sound art, and sound therapy.

Steve Fanagan from Ardmore sound, will be interviewed on Wednesday June 17. He won the Golden Reel for Game of Thrones at the Motion Picture Sound Editor Awards, and has been nominated for a number of IFTAs. Also featured will be broadcaster Bernard Clarke, dancer Liv O’Donoghue, poet Dave Lordan, and artist Roisin Coyle. The interviews will be conducted by sound artist La Cosa Preziosa. The producer is Alan Meaney.
