O’Donnellan & Joyce will hold one of the largest property auctions ever held in the west of Ireland on Friday June 12 in The Harbour Hotel, Galway.
According to Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers the company has been inundated with enquiries and requests to place properties up for auction throughout the west of Ireland due to the monumental success of previous auctions in recent years, and so this forthcoming auction has been divided into two sessions with private homes and investment properties from Donegal, Mayo, Sligo, Longford, and Kerry going into the morning auction, while the afternoon auction will comprise private homes and investment properties throughout Galway.
The great thing about O’Donnellan & Joyce auctions, and why they are so successful for buyers, is that they know the advised minimum value is usually going to be the reserve price. In the auction room, buyers can obtain properties at very attractive prices.
For sellers who want to dispose of properties, the auction process brings the sale of properties to a conclusion very quickly as once the auction hammer falls contracts are immediately signed.
