The Italian underground comes to FEAST

THE DARLING of the Italian underground Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo, makes his first visit to Ireland with (r ), a cocktail of introspective-ambient-noise and lyrical songwriting at the next FEAST night in the upstairs bar of the Róisín Dubh this Saturday from 9pm.

Fabrizio is a member of the electro-acoustic project Blind Cave Salamander with Paul Beauchamp and cellist Julia Kent. He is also a member of Almagest! with singer/actor Ernesto Tomasini, and he helped found experimental cult band Larsen. A prolific performer and collaborator, Fabrizio is currently working with Ben Chasny of Six Organs Of Admittance, Xiu Xiu, Little Annie, Carla Bozulich, and Jochen Arbeit.

Support on the night will be from Galway indie/avant garde singer and composer Laura Sheeran, who is soon to release her third solo album; noise-merchants Tenro, a collaboration between Marc Aubele (Nanu Nanu, BellX1 ) and Brian Conniffe (Catscars, Patrick Kelleher, JG/BC ).
