Open air meeting on boycotting water bills

The We Won’t Pay campaign will hold an open air street meeting this evening at 7.30pm in the car park of Ballybane library.

The meeting will be aimed at encouraging people to boycott paying bills from Irish Water, and to address concerns residents may have about taking a stand against water charges.

We Won’t Pay is aiming to roll out a series of these meetings across the city in the coming weeks to coincide with the arrival of the water bills and the installation of water meters. Residents from Ballybane and surrounding areas to invited to attend.
