Think fit, get fit, stay fit - Christina Dillon opens new fitness studio

Growing up Christina Dillon was always involved in sport and fitness, so it is not surprising she has continued her passion for exercise in her chosen career.

Having worked in the fitness industry for the past four years, Christina Dillon has now opened a fitness studio in the SCCUL Enterprise Centre in Ballybane, Me2UFitness.

A qualified PT, nutritionist and kettlebell instructor, Ms Dillon believes it beneficial to continue educating herself in the industry, and she has just completed a sports performance course and is now starting a children’s nutrition course.

Having built up her client base over the past few years, she is now busy since opening with both old and new clients.

“I believe there needs to be a balance between training, eating healthy and enjoying life, but people need to find that balance first,” she says. “ Everybody is different in size, shape and physique, so you have to deal with every single person differently.”

At Me2UFitness, Christina Dillon promotes weight loss, toning up through healthy living, regular weight training and cardio, and eating “real food”. She provides clients with an easy to follow food plan, which provides details of exactly what to eat - “It’s all about eating healthy foods and everything in moderation.”

“The programme includes three personal training sessions a week with a good mix of weight training and cardio, getting you stronger, fitter, toned, and giving you the feel good factor as well as plenty of energy.”
