The Galway footballers will face Jim Gavin's Dublin to mark the official opening of the Skerries’ Harps new clubhouse on Sunday (2pm ).
The game will provide Galway the chance to test themselves against one of the top teams in the country - Dublin having qualified for the division one league final last weekend with a one point win over Monaghan.
Kevin Walsh and his management team will also be able to give game time to some of the panel who were unavailable in the National league.
Dublin won the All-Ireland title in 2011 and 2013 and are also going for a three-in-a-row of league titles when they play Cork in the league final on Sunday week in Croke Park.
2011 All-Ireland winning captain Bryan Cullen is the Skerries Harps’ most well-known player.
