LOVE STREET, declared “the English Eagles” by BBC Radio Sheffield, and by UK Country Radio as “an amazing new act from Cornwall”, play Galway next week.
The band - Jules Clark, Cat Leonard, Andy Borders, John Davies, and Christopher Johnson - themselves describe their high energy music as “Led Zeppelin meets Lindisfarne”.
Love Street’s single ‘Moving On’ debuted in 2014 and gained attention from BBC regional stations and independent stations across Britain and Ireland. Their album, Both Sides Of The Door, is due for release this year. They have played the Elfia, Sunflower Fest, Boomtown Fair, and Looe festivals.
Love Street play Monroe’s Backstage Bar on Saturday April 18 at 9pm. Admission is free. See www.monroes.ie or www.lovestreet.me
