Continuing on from the success of their regular Supper Clubs, the Gaslight Bar and Brasserie will be celebrating the world of chocolate this Easter weekend. Galway’s latest casual dining destination is joining forces with independent artisan chocolatier, Hazel Mountain Chocolates, to develop a very special chocolate inspired three-course tasting menu. Available on Saturday April 4 for just €36.00 per person.
Hazel Mountain Chocolates is one of only a handful of boutique bean to bar chocolate makers in Europe. Its stoneground chocolate factory is located at the foothills of the Burren, on the Wild Atlantic Way and has recently been listed in the top ten food destinations in Ireland. Much like Hazel Mountain, the Gaslight Brasserie at Hotel Meyrick on Eyre Square in Galway is known for its fresh, seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients making this collaboration between the two a perfect fit.

Their latest Supper Club ‘A Taste of Chocolate’ will take place on Saturday April 4 and guests will discover new tastes and flavours as they savour their way through the three-course menu influenced by Hotel Meyrick’s passion for chocolate. From an elegant chocolate infused vinaigrette drizzled onto delicate greens to a rich and devilishly tempting choice of main course the Easter Supper Club at the Gaslight Bar & Brasserie cannot be missed!
