Connacht Rugby his holding new strength and conditioning classes for the public at its Sportsground facility in College Road.
Connacht player Willie Faloon will lead the classes, alongside experienced fitness adviser Gerard Kelly.
The strength and conditioning classes include resistance training and cardio-vascular work, and tips on mobility, flexibility, diet and lifestyle.
The bootcamp is designed as a fun outdoor training alternative which is suitable for people of all fitness levels who want to improve general health, boost aerobic endurance and aid fat loss.
Classes are held on the all-weather 3G area, and a wide range of equipment ensures workouts are dynamic, challenging and unique.
Faloon has a huge interest in fitness and enjoys the challenge of helping people achieve their goals. “Each participant will receive advice and guidance tailored to their specific goals.”
