Cotton on

The Casamoda label has a strong Italian emphasis taking its inspiration from the vibrant hues of the Amalfi coast.

With a mix and match combination of shirts, jumpers, half-zips, mock-neck sweaters and cardigans, it has created a fresh, sporty cotton collection for thirty-something men.

Indigo yarns and prints add casual character to the term “denim shirt”. Contrast detailing, minimal prints and structures liven up shirts and knitwear in a palette of limes, reds and natural colours that work well with anthracite and marine blue.

Summer berries, apricots, mint and vanilla shades work well together. Conflicting yarn details can be seen in the subtle details of piping, button tapes and new collar tags in shirts and feature as patches on elbows or pockets in knitwear.

* The Casamoda range is available from Anthony Ryan’s, Sean Fallon, Tuam, Michael Ward, Ballinasloe, Fahy’s Menswear, Loughrea and Declan Rooney Menswear, Athenry.
